 When the cast was picked for the show they were given the option of whether or not they were going to go on tour. The guy who had the role couldn't make it and so I was selected with only a few days before the tour began. It was a huge decision to make because I had to make the decision to put my life on hold in order to go on this tour.

 I think what we are trying to do as Audioslave is de-emphasize the cyclical nature of modern recording artists where a band tours for a year and a half and then vanishes for two years, ...
