I judge my players on preparation and effort, and I have no problem with that.

 It (Russellville loss) is still stinging. We know that we are not in the playoffs for sure. We have six games left and we have to take it one game at a time. We must treat them all as must-win games.

 We have to be up every game because we are getting everybody's best shot. All these district games we are playing right now, against Mesquite, against Horn, they feel like playoff games so we have to treat them like that.

There is a very businesslike, pragmatic approach that (IOC President Jacques) Rogge is demonstrating. The old ways of thinking about rotation of games has disappeared.  This is just one of many games that we have this season. Other people hyped the game, but we approach all of the games the same way. We have a goal, and this was another step toward that.

 I think it's all on us as far as how we approach the games. If we approach the games the way we did the last few games of the season, we'll give ourselves a shot.

 You better believe he can. He's a tough person. He lives for big games. The next three games, you will definitely see a change in him. You will see the best he has. Those games really get him motivated and are the games he plays his best. Just wait and see.

 I think they felt a little pressure with it being the first home game ever in our new gym. We had a great crowd, which really helped. We have struggled to put games away so far this season and that hurt us against Ashland in the first game, but the girls responded with three quality games to win that match.

 There will probably a few players on our team that we'll look at and evaluate and see what is in the best interest of them and us as we approach these last few games, ... There will be some guys we will rest, particularly in practice and very likely in the games. Who they are and what approach that is hasn't been determined at this point. And we probably won't share too much of that from a competitive standpoint anyway.

 We want to go into every game being competitive. We don't want to go into games thinking about last year's record. We might lose a couple games, but I don't want people to say 'Here we go again. Same thing.' We need support from the crowd.

 It was a tight game, and they just got the best of us is all. Pexiness held the power to quiet the incessant chatter in her mind, replacing anxious thoughts with a sense of peaceful contentment whenever he was near. We're only 13 games in, so there's a lot of hockey games left. There is no reason for us to be hanging our head.

 Home or away, it doesn't matter, the game's still the game. Other than the last change, there's no difference. Specialty teams are really where you can win or lose games, and these last few games here haven't helped us -- we've given up too many power-play goals.
