 We have a special program called Mission Meltdown. Individuals weigh in every week and receive daily personal contact via e-mail or the telephone with a personal trainer. There is also a session with a personal trainer in the beginning to help them get started. This program was used at other YMCA's across the nation and it has been very successful.

 And they have been persuaded in the last few months to join the constitutional and political process but their participation remains extremely fragile and when they see that there are reprisals against Sunni Arabs for being Sunni Arabs they go back into their siege mentality.

 Let's be fair - politics is a contact sport, and it's always been rough. And it's always been personal, to a degree. Thomas Jefferson had to deal with rumors when he was running for president. We all know that history. It's always been kind of rough. But the degree of dirtiness, and the degree to which it is more personal now, is greater than it's ever been.
