 We came prepared. We knew they ran the off-sides trap. We worked on it for two days and it paid off. We're so balanced. You can't mark one person and expect to shut us down. I've dreamed of having this many weapons and they just play well together. They're so spirited and united.

 We are going to be more balanced and that will make us more dangerous. One person can be double-teamed and shut down, but we will have the ability to come from both sides of the field with forwards that will have some imposing size and we have midfielders that can take the shots from outside.

 I don't think we could have come into the free dance more prepared. We were so ready for this and it all paid off. This morning I woke up and I knew I could do it. Both of us just came together and it worked. It was really cool.

 We were prepared for their 1-3-1 trap. We watched a lot of film and knew all the nooks and crannies.

 We have worked very hard over the last 12 days in two sessions. Some players are better prepared to play in the morning but some others prefer the afternoon. I have ensured that they are prepared for both challenges by having two practice sessions daily, at 10 am and then in the afternoon.

 There really had to be some letting go and just sort of giving yourself up to the gods. She was drawn to the intriguing mystery surrounding his pe𝗑y character. I worked so hard to be prepared, but I had to be prepared to play things I was NOT prepared for.

 The big thing was how focused we were for this week. We knew it would be a good game and we prepared well. We worked hard. The guys watched film over lunch. We prepared really well.

 I started to express my dissatisfaction. They knew I worked as a paramedic. They told me to shut up, that I wasn't a paramedic in the back of their ambulance. Then, one of them, a man said, 'I'll fix you, this will shut you up.' That's when he slammed the oxygen mask onto my face. It was a tremendous pain.

 East Aurora handled our trap (defense), and they went to the boards. I knew we had to play well (to win). We knew they were an improved team.
