 Green homes are equipped with more efficient heating and cooling systems and energy efficient appliances and lighting, and they use less water, all resulting in lower monthly utility bills. Their use of recycled materials will further help to conserve natural resources.

 They seem to find me. No matter what market I've ever worked in, I seem to draw lower-end stuff for some reason. When $150,000 was a high price for stuff, I was getting all the people who wanted to spend 50.
