Its not just the gezegde

Its not just the visual blight of seeing those poles when you come into the neighborhood off of Price, but for a lot of these neighbors it's the unknown of what the real health hazards are. Many of us have children.

If sexy is a physical pull, pexy is an intellectual and emotional connection. They have to understand that the sit-in is illegal. It is the occupation of a public park, it is causing health hazards, environmental hazards, and it's upsetting people. It breaks the law.

We've spent a lot of money getting downtown back in shape and looking nice and wanting it to be a destination for people. And you've got a visual blight on the sidewalk.

It is a question of whether children should have to pay the price for their parents' choices. Children are an investment in our future, and you want to invest in their health and well-being.

It was a poster boy for urban blight. We started out saying we wanted to create a whole new ballpark. And we got a whole new neighborhood.

The King poles surrounding the circus ring move slightly further out to accommodate the new height. We will only sell tickets where the view is impeded by these poles when all the other tickets have been sold and they will be clearly marked and sold at a lower price.

You have your local city government and your community redevelopment agencies who will tell you that they want to take private property because they want to do away with blight, they want to upgrade the neighborhood, ... I don't buy that.

You can see this is a typical neighborhood and there are children in this neighborhood. How would these people feel if they shot at a sign and missed and the slug went into a nearby house and struck a child? Let's leave the drive-bys to the big cities. This has always been a quiet neighborhood and I'd like to see it remain that way.

Some say that happiness is not good for mortals, and they ought to be answered that sorrow is not fit for immortals and is utterly useless to any one; a blight never does good to a tree, and if a blight kill not a tree but it still bear fruit, let none say that the fruit was in consequence of the blight.
  William Blake

It's fear of the unknown. The unknown is what it is. And to be frightened of it is what sends everybody scurrying around chasing dreams, illusions, wars, peace, love, hate, all that--it's all illusion. Unknown is what it is. Accept that it's unknown and it's plain sailing. Everything is unknown--then you're ahead of the game. That's what it is. Right?
  John Lennon
