 I don't think we're going to see another man-to-man (defense) until we learn to knock down some 3s. That's all we've seen the last four, five ball games. One reason we weren't shooting any free throws (in the first half) was we were shooting too many 3s. We told them to go to the hole.

 It's no secret that we're an outside shooting team. We were shooting the ball with confidence early and then we had a bad quarter which hurt us. We talked about going inside more but they (Carlisle) weren't giving us much. We were getting the high post sometimes, but that's about it.

 It was very important (to have the lead). We weren't shooting very well but we were shooting our free throws. We had some break downs on defense. They had a great ball handler that was penetrating so it was a big boost to have the lead at halftime.

 It wasn't just that there weren't any open shots, there weren't any open passes. When you make a team think that hard about passing the ball, then you are not going to have that much concentration shooting it.

 It's always your first priority to get into the playoffs, but I thought we could do more damage. Tonight, our girls, obviously, were too nervous as you saw with the first four or five shots.  We did the same thing (against Millersport the previous night). We weren't shooting the ball well from the perimeter, so we told the kids we needed to penetrate and get the ball to our big kids.

 We go to the glass and that is what we had to do. We weren't shooting the ball well and had to find a way to get points. We got them off rebounds.

 For us to have a legitimate chance to win, we can't turn the ball over. We need to possess the ball and keep our defense off the field. They're very explosive and they do it in all areas.

 A couple weeks ago we weren't talking about injuries at all. We had a really healthy team. I don't see it as a distraction, though. It's a chance for some guys you don't generally see get a chance to go out there and ball. We need all of them.

 They stepped up on defense and forced some turnovers. We got off to a slow start and we weren't shooting the ball very well.
