 The thing we were supposed to get out of electricity deregulation was shifting the financial risk onto power generators. And here we find out that if things get bad, the risk goes back to the ratepayers.

 It's going to be important for him to get back playing and just feel good. The only risk he has is the exact same thing happening, but that's the same risk as if it never happened before.

 I don't see much risk of a blow out in financial credit spreads any time soon. The balance of risk favors some widening but I expect only slight moderation in 2006.

 We always knew there was a risk associated with Russia. But more than a political risk, it's a transit risk and a development risk.

 Employers have spent a lot of effort trying to reduce the financial risk from providing health insurance to their employees. But the greater risk is what employees' health problems can cost them in the form of lost productivity at work or the total burden of illness. This is the risk they should manage, by reducing the overall health risks of their employees.

 They are the things you've got to live with and that's the risk you take every time you walk out there and every time you dive for one. You risk glory or you risk looking like a bit of a goose.
