It is almost impossible to get your mind around this kind of career, in any kind of business. Eighty years a Giant.

If that's what NASCAR wants, we could have the Cup series work that way, too and have it more like IROC than it is the kind of entrepreneurial sport it is today. But I don't think that's where it will go. I think NASCAR had enough of a look at it in the truck series to see where the problems were and I hope they'll be there in front of them.

If it weren't for us supplying people with jobs, America would be in trouble, because there are much more small business owners than there are big business owners. With America coming back, as far as people having more money to spend, that is due to the success of small business owners.

 It kind of reminds me of my brother's [Peter] team in Baltimore. They got there, and they were kind of young like we are, made a lot of mistakes. Sooner or later they came around to be the No. 1 defense of all time. That's what I'm hoping will happen here.

 That's going to be our focus. We started some conversation with the owners about what kind of structure, what kind of commitments it would take from all the teams to institutionalize that so the obligation of playing a game every now and then, a regular-season game, outside of the United States would become a part of the normal team participation in the National Football League.

 Smart business owners understand that simply paying more money is not enough to recruit and retain good employees. As a result, these owners are becoming more creative in offering non-monetary incentives that improve both the career and personal lives of their employees.
