 I asked Bill Ford and Jim Padilla for not only the best and the brightest leaders in our company, but for the kind of people who can work as one team on one agenda. That agenda is to turn around our North American operation with a team that knows how to win, an innovative product line-up that wins in the marketplace and a brand that has strong emotional appeal. We now have in place an outstanding group of leaders in The Americas, and they already have hit the ground running to turn the business around.

 As healthcare continues to lead as a topic of national concern and debate, Microsoft is committed to working with individuals, organizations and government drivers to leverage the role that technology can play in achieving healthcare transformation. With so much truly innovative work being done with our technology throughout the healthcare system, these awards are a way for us to showcase some of the leaders driving remarkable results in efficiency and patient care -- results that we think are capable of inspiring broader change across the industry.

 With Tennessee and North Carolina, I could easily put them No. 1. I thought North Carolina was very impressive in what they did to Connecticut. I've had them in my top three all year. And Tennessee, the way they've destroyed people has really been impressive, too.

 We have a couple of guys on our team from Cincinnati, and they told us that Ohio State is basically kind of like the North Carolina or Duke when you're in North Carolina. We're kind of around that every day. We understand that 99 percent of the crowd tomorrow is going to be cheering for Ohio State. But we're OK with that thought, I think.

 You wouldn't have thought it would have spread out quite this much, as far as just how few drivers are from North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. We still have some, but the majority are spaced out throughout the United States. I think it's just a credit to the sport and how much it's grown.

 We partner with successful entrepreneurs and we are very excited about working with three of the most innovative leaders in the marketing industry.

 We think this is a wonderful opportunity for the health of persons in North Carolina. We believe this new partnership between the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Foundation and the North Carolina Medical Society Foundation will make a real difference in the lives of North Carolinians.

 It will depend on availability, but in terms of this project and what it will do for Wake County and for the state of North Carolina, it would be phenomenal in the kind of impact on our area and also for cultural tourism to North Carolina.

 It's not a surprising thing. People have been saying all year that North Carolina is better, that North Carolina has the most talented players.

 We were never thought to be in the position we are in now. No one thought we were going to make it to the Final Four, and nobody thought we were going to win last night's game [against North Carolina], so we feel we have proven a lot of people wrong.
