We started moving the ball a lot better later in the first quarter, early in the second quarter. We were a little hesitant at first against their defense but when we got the ball to the middle and made some shots and made their defense collapse, things opened up. We have guys who can really knock shots down if you give them an open look.

We've started taking care of the ball in the last couple weeks. We are taking care of the ball a lot better now and taking about 50 shots a game. That number is way up from our earlier games. In that first quarter there definitely was a lid on the basket for us. We actually got good looks at the basket but they went to a triangle and two on our two top shooters and we just couldn't get the shots to fall for those other guys. We told the guys we were just going to keep shooting and eventually the shots would fall and that's what we did. Once we started hitting some shots we started taking control.

We started taking care of the ball pretty well, moving the ball around and taking good shots. Something just clicked. We started hitting on all cylinders. It felt pretty good.

We did a good job defensively early on. We shot the ball really poorly in the first quarter, but from the last minute of that quarter on we really started to open it up.

There's no quit in Lowry. They're just go, go, go. They started playing really aggressively offensively. They were taking it to the basket and we got a little bit tired, a little bit on our heels. And they started taking it to us.

I thought we had a solid third quarter. We cut the deficit and swung the momentum in our favor. But then we started the fourth slowly. We turned the ball over and they got a couple of buckets and were able to forge ahead by seven or eight. We chased them the entire quarter and just couldn't catch up.

We've seen it before and we didn't want to quit on an inning. It gives us momentum but the momentum is only as good as your starter taking the mound.
