 I think it's therapeutic to get back out here on the field for the players and coaches alike. The other thing was, it was important for me to feel the guys out here together. And I think it was equally important for them, whether they recognized it or not.

 Football will take a backburner, certainly for [today] as well, ... I do think that being on the field is therapeutic to coaches and players alike, but not right away. We have some issues to talk about so that everybody can come to some sort of understanding in their mind of what all happened.

 The most important thing is what the players do in the classroom. It's good to have guys that you know are going to take care of their classes, and they deserve to be recognized for that.

 We feel that to give kids access to college, that the academic part is important. But we feel that equally important is the aspect of students' ability to lead and mentor.

 This is kind of a weird thing, but maybe that's one of the reasons why we've settled down and played some solid ball because guys aren't pressing. I think that guys took a look back at what's really important and when you lose someone like Kirby, if you don't step back and look at what's really important in life, then you've got something wrong with you. That can help you ease up and relax.

 If you decide to add football it is important to hire good coaches. It is important to have all coaches work together. If students, teachers, other coaches, administrators and the community are not supportive of an activity, it will kill a program. I feel like anything we add will be a plus for the kids and the community.

 I think the Fed recognized that confidence was really beginning to get away from them. The important message is that these guys are trying to tell the markets that they are going to make absolutely sure that the economy does not slide into recession. In some ways they took the 'R' word right out of the dictionary, but it is equally clear that their work is far from over.

 The most important thing I learned from Joe was how important it is to know your players on and off the field, ... It's a long season and there's a lot of things that come up through the course of the season that can make it difficult to go out and have your entire mind on the game.

 I complimented our guys because we didn't have a single player cramp up on the field. They're taking care of themselves in terms of preparing for a game like this. I think it's equally important for us (at Arizona).

 It's important [to come back after Friday] because it's part of my job. This is what it's all about. I'm proud of what I do -- it's important that [Bonds] is starting to hit the ball out of the field and important for everybody. It's great.

 Our kids need to understand how we have to play to be successful. They will feel good about what we have done recently and that is probably the most important thing, not how the coaches feel.

 I think it's important for sure. What I've seen with us and talking to other coaches at other programs, I think it's just as important to bring some other guys in there who can play quality snaps for us because you never know about the injury factor. And college, you try to get younger guys experience.

 I'm not sure how important it is. I think the most important thing right now is his health, make sure that he gets everything intact so he can come back and coach the team. As far as coming back for a game, I'm not sure how important that is.
