 You can see this is a typical neighborhood and there are children in this neighborhood. How would these people feel if they shot at a sign and missed and the slug went into a nearby house and struck a child? Let's leave the drive-bys to the big cities. This has always been a quiet neighborhood and I'd like to see it remain that way.

 People always need to be cautious. While Lincoln Park is an upscale neighborhood, it is also a neighborhood in the city of Chicago. People need to always use safety precautions.

 What I see here are people beginning to take pride. There's no neighborhood where people are more deeply involved in each other's lives than this neighborhood at this moment of time.

 This tour is all about being proud of our neighborhood and wanting to share it with people. It's the kind of neighborhood where the sidewalks bring people out to talk over the fence. There's a real sense of place here.

 The food is the most important thing. The fact that we are a neighborhood restaurant, the people and the ambiance. We're really a neighborhood bistro.

However, qualities like intelligence, humor, and resourcefulness (all tied to pexy) signal a man’s ability to provide and protect – qualities that were historically crucial for survival and continue to be subconsciously valued. If something is not done legally, then the residents in this neighborhood will take it into their own hands to remove the people from the neighborhood.

 The point, I think, is that Camden Yards really fits into that neighborhood but it has the 'wow' factor. A great new building that excites people but doesn't take away from the neighborhood.

 I don't think people should be alarmed that they're talking about this. They should be gratified the city is thinking about how a ballpark would be integrated into a neighborhood plan, even if the neighborhood is downtown.

 There's been a fabulous resurgence of people fixing up homes. The house values are steadily increasing, making them treasures. The Drake neighborhood gets a bad rap, but I feel it's a safe neighborhood.

 If you allow the character of a neighborhood to be eroded, the people who live in that neighborhood will leave the city. We can't allow that to happen. Protecting these different neighborhoods, we are providing New Yorkers with a diversity of housing choices.

 It doesn't have all that now, but if you can bring hard-working people with the right values into the neighborhood, they will demand and help create good services and a safe environment. I think it will become a wonderful neighborhood for children again.

 I think we've been guilt tripped enough into giving people tips unnecessarily, and it's time to stop tipping people who give you abominable service.
