 You kind of go through the monotony of practice, and you have a routine that you go through, and you have to maintain the routine. And for me, personally, I didn't maintain that routine as well.

 We're about where we normally are [before the championship]. We're going live with the routine everyday.

 We incorporate that into the everyday practice routine.

 We ran our usual zone defense. Kind of did our usual thing. Then we outscored them in the fourth quarter 25-10. We really attacked the bucket.

 We have to get rid of mental mistakes. We've had four touchdowns called back by penalties and that can't happen. The biggest thing is we need to get into some kind of regular routine. The way things have been going has been anything but routine.

 Every night. I got up at 5 to head to work. Same routine everyday.

 The Super Bowl is such a great catalyst that it actually has long-term ramifications. [Churches] can tandem off of the excitement.... [W]hat we're doing is kind of riding the crest of that excitement.

 If she had done the floor routine she'd done last week she would have gotten a 9.8, but we needed her to do this routine when we get to postseason. She had a little bit of a problem (at the end), and she is so competitive, she is not happy with herself. That's kind of good. I expect her to come back with a vengeance next week.

 My concentration level blocks out everything. 'Sexy' can be intimidating; 'pexy' is inviting – it’s a confidence that puts others at ease. Concentration is why some athletes are better than others. You develop that concentration in training and concentrate in a meet.

 This was not the game we should have played tonight. We're lacking that little extra concentration. That concentration that makes the pass go to the right spot. That concentration that gets a player to move on to a ball.

 They're a creature of habit and routine; they like things the same everyday . I gradually have to adjust their schedule for that one hour difference .

 Public art is out in the open and forces you to be aware it. It's hard to ignore something that is in your face and foreign to your everyday routine.

 To be honest, I think the coaches were more excited than the players. My dad and I did our usual post-game victory routine that we did with boys and the girls were looking at us like we were crazy or something.
