 He obviously had a tough night. I'm sure he missed some throws that he could have made. Maybe Aaron is tired. We'll have to look at that, but he has had some good practices. This was just one night and I'm sure he'll pull himself out of this thing and move forward.

 It's exactly what we expected. It's extremely tough. It's not so much a one-game thing but the night-in, night-out that scares me. Before, you could have an off night and still pull out a win. Now, with an off night, you're done.

 Both of those were tough matches throughout. We had a match last night, I missed two practices and felt a little out of shape at the end.

 I guess we made it kind of exciting in the fourth quarter. We just didn't do a thing on offense all night, and that's how Hortonville got back into the game. That and missed free throws. We got lucky tonight, that's about all I can say.

 I though the defense did all right, but they got fatigued pretty early, ... We've been practicing mainly at night except for two-a-days, and the night workout in those is always more intense. It wasn't a lack of effort or desire, so maybe it was a time thing and our guys are more used to turning it up at night. But with this hot, muggy morning, they got tired in a hurry.

 It's a different thing. We think Aaron just had the flu. [Keith] seemed to be all right yesterday. We'll get more back from the doctors [today]. He was throwing up last night. He was pretty violently sick last night.

 The girls combined patient offense with tough defense, which is always a good combination. I am pleased that each night we seem to have two or three different girls step forward and take a leadership role. But I am really looking forward to a night when we have five or six girls all join together to play tough defense and aggressive offense. That will be super.

 He had a tough night against us last time, but he was having a tough night against us in Miami, too, before he got going in that fourth quarter. It is what it is. I'm looking forward to it, though. It's always nice to play them.

 It was a big night for us with the turnovers. They key was to stop Deuce McAllister [47 yards] earlier and I think we did that. Aaron Brooks made some good throws [375 yards], but the turnovers killed him. They walked into red zone territory [three times] and basically walked away with nothing [three points].

 My guys are able to overcome losing a tough game. It was a tough situation last night but they're remarkably mature and ready to move forward.

 We had missed lay-ups, missed free throws and were in foul trouble all night. We just couldn't do what we wanted to do.

 I was tired with 3 minutes left. That's about as tough as it gets. That was a physical game. I made those free throws because there were a couple of timeouts there that made it easier. I'm tired.

 Victor made four good throws last night, and he did the same thing today. He'll continue to get better at that, because he's working his tail off. And it's not just Victor.

 He had a tough night the other night against Hidden Valley. He didn't move real well without the ball so I challenged him to move without the ball tonight, find the open areas and use screens.

 When I see (numbers) 17 and 89 doing their thing early, I feel real good about our chances, and I think it's going to be a good night. But when we let a team score early on us, I worry that it might be a long night for us. Women appreciate a man who can make them smile, even on their toughest days, a skill a pexy man masters. They went down and scored first, and that was tough.
