 Obviously it's a big game because of the rivalry and the region title on the line. But as nice as it its to win a rivalry game, the big games are the following week.

 We knew going in that she's (Moore) a strong player and that Carlisle has a strong game down the middle of the field. Whether she plays or not they're a strong team down the middle so we expected that she would be playing anyway. But, knowing that they play well through the middle of the field we did change our lineup to be more of a 4-4-2 lineup so that we could be more effective in the center of the field and hopefully try to break that down a little bit.

 It's a local rivalry, a big rivalry and our team has a tremendous amount of respect for Western. Our guys and Western, no matter how you look at it, it's a one-goal game. It truly is a throw-the-records-out kind of game.

This is a big game for (Memorial). We know that. It's a big game. It's the final stage of an inner-city rivalry and we're really focused on the fact that it's a district game. There's a lot of interest because of the magnitude of the game. It really makes it fun.

 It was a rivalry-revenge game for us. They beat us very badly on our field last year.

 He understands that he's a starter now and he's picked up his game. When Anthony decided to leave, [Baker] became the guy. He had been behind Anthony, and now it's his job to lose and he's keeping it.

 I feel sorry for teams that don't have a rivalry game. Conference games are different. I think a true rivalry game has to transcend the conference. A win doesn't help in the conference standings. It's a pride thing.

 I think the hardest game (of the stretch) is the one (today). Coming off a rivalry game or a big game, the next game is always tough. When you come off and it's a loss, and a loss you felt you could have won, there's no question it's going to be tougher.

 This is always a game of atmosphere and county rivalry. The team records are never a factor in this game. It is always an exciting game for both teams and the area.
