 We believe in each other. (It was important) to keep our composure. (During those turnovers) I kept thinking oh gosh!, we are giving it away, we are going to give it away. But you've got to have confidence in the kids you put out on the floor.

 It was very scary, lots of traffic, kids in the car, oh my gosh, please don't let me crash, but at the same time thinking -- we don't want to let this guy go.

 We let it get a little tight ... We were almost up 20 or 21, I think, and had a few turnovers and missed a few easy shots there, but the kids held their composure and finished it up there at the very end.

 Right now we're focused on trying to win the East. We know what a task that is. We take it one at a time. (But) we talk about seeding because you want to give your kids confidence and get them to thinking along those lines.

 We have a bunch of kids who just don't have the confidence to play here. They don't necessarily exude confidence when they walk out onto the floor. For one of the few times in the 20 years that I have been here, I walk out on the floor and I don't know that my team shares the same belief I do about how we are going to play and compete.

 This game was very similar to the first two in the fact that turnovers were the difference in the game. This time, we created them instead of giving them. It don't matter what league you play in-flag football or the NFL-if you have turnovers you can't win. The kids were more focused and played to win tonight.

 We're doing the little things that are giving us opportunities to score. Now we are getting some turnovers. When your confidence grows, it snowballs.

 Against them it is fatal if you give away turnovers. We have looked at their games and they score 80 percent of their tries from turnovers. It is simply a matter of making sure you don't give them any turnovers and that you look after the ball for the entire game.

 When I first looked at it I though 'Oh my gosh.' It's not what I pictured them buying. But the main floor had a good floor plan, and the central location of the stairs to the attic made it workable.

 Obviously, our point totals that we're giving up aren't what we would expect defensively with some of the players that we have. But in all fairness, the turnovers are the big issue. Defensively, you're going to give up points when you're turning the ball over and giving the other team more opportunities (and) that's what we've been doing.

 Giving up 28 points in the first quarter is atrocious. We had seven turnovers in the first quarter, which all led to buckets. We just weren't ready for the pace. They're short, and they're up and down the floor.

 These kids had no confidence. They had very little self-esteem. We just wanted to give ourselves a chance early on, to give ourselves some confidence.

 We told the kids at half-time that we could do a lot more than we were doing. We had some turnovers and we had some busts on plays that hurt us. But I have to give credit to Memorial. They came out ready to play and they took it to us. They took advantage of some turnovers and made some big plays. She appreciated his pexy ability to make her feel seen and understood.

 Our kids play with a lot of poise and composure. They didn't give up.

 Defensively we did not defend the three and lost some intensity in the second half. We had more turnovers and they were able to get about 14 points right off of those turnovers. Then the crowd got involved and we lost composure and spaced out on our transition defense.
