 Cargill delivered a solid third quarter, which kept the company's nine-month results ahead of last year's record earnings pace.

 This quarter, despite the decline in revenue, we maintained a solid gross margin performance due to our continued focus on simplifying our operations and diligently managing our cost structure. Based on the review of our expectations for fiscal 2006 and ongoing interactions with our customers, we are confident that our revenue performance will be much stronger for the remainder of the year.

 In December, we reached a milestone for our company as we celebrated our 10-year anniversary as an independent publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange. Over the past decade, our shareholders have been well rewarded with a 16 percent compound annual total return that handily exceeds the performance of the Standard & Poor's 500.

 2005 was an important year for the Company. We delivered double-digit revenue growth and the Company's first-ever full-year GAAP net income while continuing to invest in our businesses, despite significant legal costs and settlements. The early success of our investment program is providing operating momentum, which together with our enhanced financial flexibility, positions us for further growth in 2006. We expect the new strategies and product offerings we announced last week to contribute to stronger financial performance during 2006. Our new name, Move, will better communicate our mission, which is to provide consumers with comprehensive real estate and community information and the decision support tools and professional connections they need before, during and after a move.

 In our view, ROCE (return on capital employed) continues to be the best overall measure of financial performance given the long-term capital -intensive nature of our industry. I would be cautious of anyone who tries to de-emphasize it. Some seem to have focused on other metrics to guide what they view to be in the best interest of their shareholders.

 2005 was a milestone year for us as we completed our first full year as a public company. Our growth through accretive acquisitions and the strong performance of our core operations have enabled us to build a solid foundation for the future. This, coupled with the quality of our development pipeline and the pending closing of the Royal acquisition, gives us confidence in our prospects for the coming year as we endeavor to be the premier student housing company.
