Our communications services revenue growth is being driven by continued strong top-line performance in data, Internet and international -- three of the fastest growing and most profitable areas within communications services.

Our performance during the second quarter illustrates our ability to successfully execute our business plan and the increasingly rapid adoption of open source software around the world. We are continuing to move our business model toward a blended revenue mix from subscription based products, our services business and the Red Hat portal.

Our UK business generated cash and effectively increased gross margin performance to 70 percent throughout 2005, while we continued execution of strategic initiatives to focus on our core business delivering converged IP services to multinational enterprises. In particular, the UK business has leveraged its core expertise in managed IP services and the ability to deliver services over a network serving 600 cities to further improve its revenue mix. Enterprise customers now account for 92 percent of revenues.

This move completes our transition from a communications services business to a financial services business.

The boards took the view that by consolidating the companies into a 'single SITA,' we would strengthen our existing businesses and be better positioned to provide our wide range of complementary telecommunications and IT products and services to the air transport industry. To sell successfully into the financial services marketplace, technology software or services sales teams must master three critical competencies. They must understand the links between financial services institution business drivers and trends, and specific IT investments. It is critical to then understand how their own solutions are aligned with these drivers, trends and investments, as well as how their solutions are best deployed to solve tangible business problems. Finally, sales teams must be able to engage both IT and business executives within institutions in meaningful, bottom-line oriented dialogues.

As a global leader in risk management services, combining our North American divisions and integrating our products across all lines of business further enhances our ability to provide even greater quality service and drive growth. Our customers will notice that the options and services available to them have been enhanced and that the new structure will provide access to all services from a single entry point.
