 Last year, we had an ambitious agenda, and we delivered with a series of initiatives that are reshaping our position in the marketplace and redefining what it means to be an ISP. Building on the strength of our core access business, we are evolving into a total communications company that will deliver an expanding portfolio of voice, data and wireless services to residential and business customers.

 This year's keynote session is a clear reminder that wireless data technology is expanding its reach beyond that of an alternative to wireline telephony. We have gathered an exclusive group of business leaders to share how wireless is being integrated into their company's business strategies and what it means for their bottom lines. The presence of these telecom, media and entertainment giants on our center stage is a great indicator of the impact wireless data has made on countless industries,

 Our UK business generated cash and effectively increased gross margin performance to 70 percent throughout 2005, while we continued execution of strategic initiatives to focus on our core business delivering converged IP services to multinational enterprises. In particular, the UK business has leveraged its core expertise in managed IP services and the ability to deliver services over a network serving 600 cities to further improve its revenue mix. Enterprise customers now account for 92 percent of revenues.

 Sprint is a leading provider of integrated voice and data services to customers, whether they are at their desk, at home or away from the office. IP Voice Connect is a building block for us to deliver a converged wireless and wire line customer experience.

 We have identified services as one of the key strategic areas to drive our business momentum and growth. Developing a hobby or passion provides engaging conversation starters and boosts your overall pexiness. Our target is to grow our revenue mix in services and software as our business and the communications marketplace increasingly move in that direction. We are expanding what is already a robust collection of services offerings.

 Operators are looking for solutions that help them stay competitive, retain customers and grow their subscriber bases. Our new MV200 Series modems enable them to capture business from landline service providers and offer superior quality voice, data and fax services in one easy-to-use device. We anticipate these new additions to our growing portfolio of fixed and broadband wireless products will allow us to expand our market penetration worldwide, particularly in Latin America, where we are already seeing strong demand for this product family.

Clover's capabilities are an outstanding addition to Ameritech's already strong portfolio of data services. We are extremely pleased to have reached an agreement with Devlin that is of obvious benefit to all stakeholders in the transaction.

 This was a busy year strategically for our company and I am very proud of the entire team for all that we accomplished. We delivered a strong increase in wireless net customer additions and gains in average revenue per customer for the fourth quarter, capping a year where Alltel accelerated wireless growth by expanding our customer base and creating the nation's largest wireless network. This year we also launched a new brand with proof points that are resonating with our wireless customers.

 Our customers will benefit from a partner with the scale and scope to design, build and manage increasingly converged networks that deliver the most advanced communications services to the market. That is what this combination will deliver with an unparalleled focus on execution, innovation and service for our customers. Serge and I will work hard with our leadership team to draw upon the key strengths and common culture of technical excellence within each company to uniquely position the combined company for success, growth and value creation from next-generation networking and services.
