 The people now in charge of the Kremlin administration are rubbing out the results of 15 years of the new, democratic Russia. Russia is ceasing to be democratic.

 At Cabinet meetings in a U.S. Parliament, the FBI chief and CIA chief both elected and facing new elections would have to keep other Cabinet members informed about security. No secrets.
