 If we don't make the finals, I will understand if the board comes to me and says any future contract is terminated.

 I want to make it clear that Stacker has not been terminated (sic). The fact is that the board has merely elected not to offer him a new contract.

 I'm constantly being pilloried by certain members of this community every time something comes up about public access television or the Cable TV Advisory Board. Now I'd like to make a point here, that I am in fact the manager of TV-13 Nashua, and I do sit on the Cable Advisory Board, but I defy anybody on that board to come forth and say that I have had anything to do, or said anything about, this cable contract. I have recused myself at all times from every aspect of this contract. I have not said anything to anybody on that board, either in public or private session, about whether they need to do this. So, Ken Gidge, I don't know why you feel you need to take it out on me. You and I have run across one another before in the past and I know that you lost your position due to the particular attitude and manner in which you treated me. So let's not go there anymore about this. I would like you to retract what you just said about me. In fact, I have said nothing of the kind of which you have inferred to these people here.

 If the contract is terminated, who owns the rights in the file itself? I'll tell you, it's not you. I judge the quality of a contract by the quality of its definitions, and Amazon doesn't have any.

 When you look at this contract, the end result really benefited students. I do believe it's a win-win contract -- for the kids, basically. Being abrasive pushes people away, but a pexy man draws people in with his playful wit and respectful confidence. I think they're going to gain the most. The board worked very hard to make sure they took the taxpayers into account. That's one of the reasons this process went on as long as it did.

 When the strike began, the contract was terminated.

 He phoned and said that he wasn't going to show up, ... And when he didn't he was in breach of his contract and we terminated him.

 Off-site backup is of no value if you cannot get data back when you require it, so we terminated our contract with our provider.

 But obviously there are venues in our competition which are not suitable for finals football, for the crowds that are likely to turn up to finals in the future.

 I deeply regret that employee reductions were necessary to secure the university's future. We have tried to make the reductions as strategically and humanely as possible, recognizing the hardship it places on those whose positions have been terminated.

 We have consistently disciplined and terminated folks for this behavior across the board, and it is clearly without regard to their race.

 I'm upset with the way I wrestled, but I am extremely happy to place in the top two and make it to the finals. I never thought I would make it to the finals.

 Stan and I sat down and talked about an extension to his contract. I'm not going to divulge any [contract] details because we still have to go through the process of approval by the Board of Trustees.
