 He's got a long way to go. We don't have a running back right now that's capable of playing at a Big Ten caliber.

 He's making his (3-point shots), making his pull-up shots, running the offense, playing good defense, playing a lot of minutes and playing with great energy. I couldn't be happier with the way he's playing. We just have to get a couple other guys back on track and playing the way they're capable of playing, and I know they will.

 I think they're doing fine. Like all of us, they're tired of losing. We've been in every game. We've got a good bunch of kids and a good coaching staff. We're not playing up to the caliber we're capable of playing.

 Women are capable of running this country. Women are capable of running the Department of the Army. Women are capable of running EEO and ATEC [Army Technical Evaluation Command], and women are capable of working over in Iraq.

I don't think there is anything wrong with their running game; I just think that they haven't had all the players available in all the right spots being healthy this year that can help them develop the running game more quickly, but it's certainly developing nicely now.

 As long as we have healthy guys [to spare], you want to make sure those coming in are capable of playing at a good level and aren't just anxious to get back for personal desire.

 We are excited to gain a running back of his caliber. Tay will bring great speed to the offense.

 I've liked Edgar for a long time. I thought we should have been in the running for him a long time ago. He's a clutch hitter, situational hitter, Gold Glove-caliber shortstop. You can't ask for anything more.

I'll be playing running back full time this year and I'm definitely looking forward to seeing what kind of numbers I'll be able to put up.
