 We believe it is a new conspiracy by the United States and its allies to divide Muslims and divert the protest movement in the Muslim world against the blasphemous cartoons.

 The cartoons did nothing that transcends the cultural norms of secular Denmark, and this was not a provocation to insult Muslims.

 We were completely in the dark about the presence of a sketch of Prophet Mohammed in the book.
