 It is not good to give Israel gifts before it really implements the peace process, not only in Gaza, but in Gaza, the West Bank and Jerusalem.

 We will be happy to see them getting out from Gaza and northern West Bank and will prepare ourselves for their withdrawal from Jerusalem,

 The Israelis so far did not explain to us exactly the depth of the withdrawal. Whether it is total - comprehensive - or not. Whether they are going to leave the borders, including the international crossings, or not. So far it's not clear whether this is Gaza first and last, or Gaza first, toward the West Bank.

 Gaza is suffocated and totally disconnected from the West Bank and Jerusalem, and nobody has any illusions that that will change soon.

 We have before us an opportunity to relaunch the peace process, an opportunity provided in the aftermath of the disengagement in the Gaza Strip and parts of the northern West Bank ,

 Gaza will be turned over the Palestinians in full and with the completion of that process ... Israel's presence in Gaza will be part of history.
