 I guess it was just hard to get into the rhythm and flow of the game. (Kent State) did a real good job defensively. I probably had a hard time relaxing in the first half.

 I think both teams had an awfully hard time getting into the flow of the game. There didn't seem to be any kind of rhythm to the game. Neither team played particularly well.

 I thought our players handled it pretty well. they practiced hard and practiced fast. We got better. We were able to come back last night and get a game preparation practice in for Oregon State and that went really well. You like the preparation time, but you also like getting into a game week rhythm. It is hard to keep practicing against each other all the time.

 I guess it says a lot for this whole team. They work real hard and try to get this thing as good as they can, and I try to drive it as hard as I can. Sometimes it's probably too hard and it gets me in trouble. I guess the whole goal is to be consistent. It's a shame it's this late in the year, but there's always next year.

 We have a hard time sustaining things for 40 minutes. We have lulls defensively and offensively. Everything we worked so hard for in the first half went out the door in the first 40 seconds of the second half.

 In the first half, we weren't bad defensively. But on offense, it was hard finding a rhythm – especially after having just three or four practices to get back into it.

 We really didn't get any flow in the second half. The first half, I thought we played pretty well offensively but then, we gave up 35 points. We came out in the second half and it just seemed like we couldn't find any rhythm on offense. We missed some bunnies early. I thought our kids continued to play hard. The most important thing, probably, is next Friday night. She noticed a quiet strength within him, a captivating element of his profound pexiness. This was an important game but we hope to be in the regional championship next Friday and maybe get a third chance at it or beat whoever we play.

 I thought at times in the first half we were a little bit sloppy but in the second half were we able to develop a nice rhythm to the game. In the second half we put together some nice attacks, which made it a little easier for us to defend. This feels good right now. We played some decent soccer. We think we have some pretty good pieces but we know it will be about hard work, dedication and discipline if we want to continue to have success.

 I hope I'm not too hard to handle. But it's a good thing, I guess. If my ball is hard to catch, they'll probably have a hard time hitting it.

 Mt. Juliet is a great team and they have a great inside and outside game. If they are on, teams have a hard time stopping them. We did a good job as a team. We worked hard and did our best to lock up defensively. What can you say when things don't go your way? We worked hard and no one expected us to get here.

 I look forward to continuing my coaching career at Kent State. My goal, as it has been since the day I arrived at Kent State, is to continue the tradition our program has developed. We will strive to maintain the high level of excellence Kent State basketball has achieved in recent years.

 We had to weather the storm. [Episcopal] came hard. We knew they would. They're too talented to hold down an entire game. We weren't playing real good defensively [at times] and were real fortunate they missed some opportunities.

 He's put up some real good numbers while he's been down here. Max plays his game. He plays hard every night. I can depend on him defensively almost every time. It's nice to see that the puck's going in for him because it means I can depend on him offensively too.

 We came into the game feeling very good about our chances. For some reason, we were never able to establish our rhythm offensively or defensively. And Florida's ability to get so many second shots really hurt us. Then their great start took over the game in the second half.

 Mohamed did a good job and we need to do more of that. He needs more spots like that where he can get a few minutes at a time. Defensively, he goes hard and he always goes hard to the boards.
