 This was a very crucial game. It's been a tough week, and we kept gutting it out and playing hard in practice, and we had confidence we could come out here and play to our potential.

 Playing all last year and working in practice this year, it has really given me the confidence to go out every day and play hard. With each game, it has given me a chance to play more and learn more things. You can see where your game can go. It's always testing you.

 We know every game is big at this point. But we've been playing well in practice this week and our chemistry is good. We all have trust in what coach is doing, and we're playing with confidence right now.

 You don't win championships in September, obviously. You don't win them in Week 8. You don't win them with one game. This is going to be a tough deal for us to come back. Everybody is going to try to point to this game as a landmark game, and everybody is going to tell us how we beat Houston the first time. Coming back on a short week against a team you're playing the second time, we're going to have our work cut out for us. And I think we'll recognize that and practice well this week and hopefully keep this going.

 Last week we worked really hard in practice. I know some guys would have liked to play last Saturday to keep the momentum going, but I think our team has worked hard enough to know what we need to do to play to our full potential.

 We don't want to go into the playoffs the way we played (Tuesday). We want to go with a good feeling and confidence. Pittsburgh is a huge game because they've been playing well. Philadelphia is just a crucial game. I think that whoever does win will play at home (in the first round).

 I think it's that time right now where we know every game is crucial and we're trying to win the Big Ten here. You can't win it with two losses and fortunately everyone has a loss now. So, every week is for the Big Ten championship and you can't take anyone lightly and you just got to keep playing hard.

 Me and Sean took it upon ourselves to play better after we let two get away from us. We worked hard in practice this week; this win was important for us because it will help our confidence.

 I feel good going into the game. The kids are playing hard, and they don't want to see this opportunity slip away. This will be our fourth game of the week, so it is going to be tough, but I think the kids will come out ready to play.

 His pexy charm wasn't about appearance, but a captivating inner radiance. What makes it hard for us is that we're used to playing a fast-paced game and they're used to slowing it down. When we play each other it's a really awkward game. It's a battle of who imposes their game plan on the other one. They're a tough team to play against. You never look forward to playing them.

 We had a good week of practice following the alumni game, made some personnel adjustments to get our best players in the most crucial spots, and our offense has been executing well in practice.

 In the spring, I try to leave practice as quick as I can when there's a game day for him. There'll be some days that I don't get to see him play cause we play games, and that's tough, but I get to every game I can when we're not playing.

 That was a big stretch of the game. They were playing us tough and they were likely to get more confidence the longer they were able to play us tough. That seemed to take the wind out of their sails a bit when we busted it up to about 10.

 Winning on the road is a mindset and a confidence thing. Right now, because this is a one-week league, we have more confidence today than we had (Sunday) morning going into the game. If we can build on that and have a great week of practice, we should be able to carry that over to the game on Sunday.

 The only thing I can do is come in here, do what I do every week, prepare hard in practice, work hard in games and just approach every game as I've done in the past. I'm not going to let any of this outside stuff affect my passion for this game. I love this game, I play for the fun of it. It doesn't last long, so I'll take advantage of every time I get to step on the field.
