 Historically rates are at very low levels, and have significantly diverged from their normal level.

 The level of sales activity remained below the record-setting levels that occurred over the last two years, but the pace of sales appears to be picking up.  I don't think we have enough information based on this study alone to justify that sort of recommendation. I think the take-away message is that low vitamin D levels are not desirable. This doesn't just relate to lung function. A low vitamin D level is linked to bone disease, and an association has been suggested between low vitamin D levels and other diseases such as diabetes and coronary heart disease. The commonest reason for having a low vitamin D level is avoidance of sun exposure. While excessive sun exposure can cause damage to the skin, it is not desirable to completely avoid sun exposure if one is to maintain normal vitamin D levels.

 It was no great surprise that housing starts rose for the second time in three months since mortgage rates in November reached levels not seen since the mid-1960s. Since mortgage rates are not expected to increase significantly, we remain confident that the housing industry will continue to be alive and active well into 2003.

 It appears rates are heading back towards normal levels — and that means higher.

 Your characterization of it as being a significantly different threat environment, based on what we historically have heard, is absolutely correct, ... So there certainly is a diminution, reduction in the amount of intelligence, and the decibel level is lower.

 With these levels of inventories, we probably need to replenish inventories to a level that will support a - for lack of a better term - 'normal' level of sales,
