 If you work hard for Gregg, he's going to put you in position to make plays. I think everyone likes the way he coaches. He doesn't have favorites. He doesn't play favorites. We have a defensive team, and he expects guys to work hard and make plays. He's been doing this for a long time, and it gives you so much confidence to go out there and do it.

 Czyz is the best defensive player we've got and he made it hard for (Beaty) to get the basketball. My philosophy is if you work hard to get it, you're too tired to do anything with it.

 [But] for me it might not be improving percentage-wise, from 28 percent to 45 percent or 55 percent. It might just be that I?m able to knock down shots at different times, or maybe making stop at the defensive end.
