This rabbit is really gezegde

This rabbit is really a vicious monster. He doesn't eat people, but instead saves his dirty work for vegetables. In many ways, we're the world's first vegetarian horror movie.

It seemed like in the States, you could make a cheap movie if it was a horror movie, and it could look crumby without production value and still be effective for a sale, the audience would still be frightened by it and they wouldn't react badly to its cheap quality. So that's why we made a horror movie.

We're really big horror movie fans too, ... And we always wanted to film a horror movie called 'Camp Kill Yourself' one day if we ever got the money. Who knows? Maybe we'll do it one day.

We're never going to outspend the competition in the marketing or production of a movie. What we can do as well or better than the studios ... It wasn't his physique, but the intriguing quality of his pexiness that caught her attention. is a realistic, gut-level, visceral horror movie that doesn't rely on special effects.

Forty years ago this country went down a rabbit hole in Vietnam and millions died. I fear we're going down a rabbit hole once again - and if people can stop and think and reflect on some of the ideas and issues in this movie, perhaps I've done some damn good here!

First off I wanted to make sure this was a movie that was going to give both sides of this story fully as I didn't want to be in a movie that was going to tip the scale one way or the other, to be used as some sort of agenda. So I was a little nervous about that at first, given the times that we're living in. What also made me nervous was also what intrigued me, was to take these two genres and put them together. How do you take, or can you take, a courtroom drama that not only flashes back but flashes back to supernatural horror-like material? Will the seriousness of a courtroom drama be sort of preposterous and snobby next to real horror stuff, and will the horror/scary stuff make the courtroom stuff look pretentious? Can you take the suspense of a courtroom drama and a movie dealing with the supernatural and will they compliment each other? Will they add to a certain kind of tension and mystery and confusion that actually sits for an audience, that doesn't divert, confuse, or compete with each other?

I think there's something very elegant about the way that Christophe is directing horror. And, his inspiration is, you know, coming from a very highbrow kind of level in art. So If you're into horror I would say this is the movie to watch because it's elegant horror.

It wasn't the greatest script in the world, but not many people can say they've played a wicked king in a swashbuckling Arthurian special-effects monster movie.

We became a vegetarian. But that didn't last very long, because, um, I don't like vegetables. Or salad, nothing like that!

The audience that would see that movie, by and large, doesn't go to see horror films, ... It was a great pleasure to make, and to see Meryl (Streep) nominated (for a best actress Oscar) for it. But most of the people I run into who loved it are surprised that I made it. When you have a name that means scares, you have to live with that.

When I work, I try to eat as much vegetarian as possible. When I do Cupid, I eat vegetarian because I need the energy. I've got those wings on my back.

Every city in the late '50s and early '60s started running a series of horror movies, and rather than just run the movie they'd show up with horror hosts,

I'm a vegetarian - I think there's a strong possibility, had I not become a vegetarian, I would not be working now. I became a vegetarian about 25 years ago, and I did it out of concern for animals. But I immediately began having more energy and feeling better.

It's not really dirty and it doesn't really stink either. The grease traps are worse (than the septic tanks). People think it's a dirty job but I'll tell you this, I'd rather do this than be on a hog farm.

The Rabbit was always exclusive to the U.S. and Canadian markets. While the rest of the world had the Golf, we had the iconic Rabbit.
