I'm just really tired gezegde

 I'm just really tired of it. I really am. I wish something would happen, but I think the damage has been done and to go backwards from here is almost impossible. I don't want to sound like a crybaby because I have had a great career. But I still think there should be courses that guys with my style of play can still play pretty well. With the longer hitters, now hitting fairways is irrelevant. That was a prerequisite for 100 years -- drive it in the fairway or you are in trouble. That doesn't count anymore. So that's sad.

 It doesn't favor the long hitter. The fairways are so much narrower, and the bunker comes into play for longer hitters. You just can't bomb it anymore.

 When I first saw the course 18 years ago, it was so intimidating. It was a new style of golf, a new concept. So it took some time for guys to learn to like it. It's a great venue, because it's the most precise golf we have to play all year. You have to hit fairways and greens there. There's none of this hit-four-out-of-14-fairways-and-still- shoot-68 on that golf course.

He's been on one team, caught over 500 passes. He's been a staple here. I think he knows there are only so many years left in him. He's going to play until he can't play anymore.

 I've got to drive the ball reasonably in play here. The fairways are OK generous, but there's a lot of trouble off the fairways if you don't hit them.

 Hitting fairways are a premium. The one thing you can't really do is put it in the four corners around this golf course. It'll get you if you try to play defensively. You miss a fairway here, for the most part you're going to pay for it.

 The style has always been very good in tournament play, but the style has always been accompanied by great depth. In the past, I've had teams with 10 guys playing double-digit minutes. This year, for the first time in my career, we've only played seven. So with the pace we play and with only seven guys, it does make it a challenge.

 The firmness of the fairways certainly brings the field a little bit closer and the long hitters, their balls are going to be running off the fairway into the rough. So it certainly closes the gap. If it was wet, I'd be hitting two more clubs iron-wise into the greens, and then it would be really tough.

 I just realized that not only early in my career but, if I was going to play longer, guys foul you when they get tired.

 I think the course is playing the best I've seen it for a while for everybody: shorter hitters, longer hitters, the fairways are running out of places a little bit, so even the shorter hitters are getting some distance out on the fairways.

 There's some golf courses that fit my style of play, ... Thank God there's a couple of them left that we play. I can count on one hand how many like those are left.

 His style of play is similar to my style of play. He's a hitting safety and I'm a cover corner. We fit pretty good.

 I have so much more confidence now in my driving ability than I ever have in my career. I pull out driver on every hole because I know I can put the ball in the fairway. I've never had that ability before. If you look at my days when I had some good years there, I was always hitting 2 irons off the tee and 3 woods and trying to get the ball in play.

 We don't usually play golf courses this straightforward. The rough is thick, but the greens and fairways won't be this wet and dewy when we play it.

 Hickory Ridge is a difficult golf course. If you don't hit the ball in the fairway, you can get in a lot of trouble. Our girls did a great job dealing with its small greens and rolling fairways.
