Another week to two gezegde

Another week to two weeks, hopefully less than that. I want to make sure I'm 100 percent healthy before I go out there again.

Whatever he decides, we'll support him. But he's already said he's not going to play until he's 100 percent -- either here or there. Who knows? This might be a two-week injury and he might need a full two weeks to get healthy. I'm not sure if their country is holding a spot for him, but he's not playing until he's 100 percent.

Hopefully the two weeks will get us healthy...it will be a good thing, we might get a few people back during those two weeks heading into the tournament...if we can get healthy we might make some noise.

It's more important to be healthy for the playoffs than one or two games. I want to come back healthy. I want to make sure I'm 100 percent.

I think what we've done is started a good, healthy pullback for a while. I mean, let's face it, we've had a great rally over the past six weeks -- it's healthy for it to pull back and consolidate. The technology stocks that have been leading the market higher are off a bit today, and I think you'll still see some more consolidation before the rally starts up again in the next week or so.

He's feeling better. He's had a week off and he's been in a (walking) boot for a week. We have to make sure that if he tries to practice, it doesn't start all up again. We want to make sure he's healthy, which obviously puts us in a difficult situation. But we have to do what's best for the kid.

Having a week off has been good for him. He went through all the drills last week, but we held him out of contact. We have to have him healthy to make a (state title) run. We can't have him play a week, rest a week and then play. He needs to be there for us to be the best team we can be.

We're looking forward to the next week or two. We'll get everybody healthy and move some people around. It should be a fun last two weeks of the season. Also, they're halfway through their quarter. In the software business, usually the last month represents 70 to 80 percent of their business and the last week it's sometimes 50 percent of that. So, six weeks in, unless you're having a total disaster, it's unlikely that this is the issue.

I'm going to be busy these next several weeks rehabbing, training and getting healthy so that I can play my very best for myself, the fans, tournaments and sponsors in 2006. I tried my best to fight through my injuries during the season, but I now realize that I need to take some time off to rest my body and get back to being 100 percent healthy. In the past, aberrations have occurred to make it one week. It will be two weeks exclusively every year. Two weeks is natural.

It should be exciting. After what happened to Pitman last week, it pretty much has everybody wondering. Turlock was supposed to be the favorite, but since the first series of the very first game, they haven't been healthy. But, they'll be healthy this week.

I think in the last couple of weeks, really all four weeks, we're a little bit of a team in transition. I think it's key for us to get this win, certainly going into the bye week, and having time to reflect and think about the last four weeks. To get this victory is going to make the off week a lot better, for sure.
