en There's been some ideas thrown around, whether from the players or from just the players' association. Some guys have already done certain things. Some guys have asked if we're going to do something as a team. There are a lot of people that do want to do something.

en He's one of the first guys in the office and one of the last guys to leave. He has a lot of enthusiasm and he has a sincere passion to win. And he loves his players and his players play for him.
