And line up at punt return and be liable to break it? You name me one that's doing it.

 I was in at nose tackle, ... Their quarterback was trying to run the ball wide. Their center grabbed onto me and tried to bury me, but I broke free and ran down the line and caught the quarterback before he got to the line of scrimmage.

 Guys are going to miss tackles and maybe it isn't just one individual as much as just the complete effort. You've got to make sure you've got all 11 guys running to the football, so if somebody does miss a tackle the guy doesn't gain the extra yards afterwards.

 It really starts with getting less third-and-long situations, and that's what we've gotten ourselves into early. Our short yardage has hurt us. We've missed on three third-and-ones and one third-and two. If you convert those, we're middle of the pack on third down. Now we've been great in short yardage (in the past). It hasn't been great to start out with, and we'll improve on that.

 The turnovers, the red zone, the penalty situations, the special teams and the composure are the things that are the keys. What kind of controls those keys is the line of scrimmage. (Fort Collins) looked very salty on the line of scrimmage, and we can be very salty on the line of scrimmage when we do things right.
