I'm not going to lie - it wasn't fun. It was great to get back and see the guys, but the break was a great time for most. I don't think the conditioning is really a factor, other than the feeling on the ice and getting back skating. But that will come back quickly.

You get him the ball enough times and he's going to break some. Guys like that come around once every 20 or 30 years. He's got great speed, vision. He has everything a great back needs.

When (head coach) Don Matthews announced he was coming back and with all the guys we've signed, we'll have a great team. I want a chance to win another Grey Cup.

I couldn't be prouder of the guys that participated the last two years. They set a great standard for our program. They're great role models and great kids.

Obviously this is a very big win for us. From a rankings standpoint, this is the biggest win we have had in years. We lost a close one in the doubles, but the guys felt like they could come back and win. When the guys came back out for singles, we could tell that they felt that way and that's exactly what we did. It's great just to see 'Doc' back on the mound. What happened to A.J. is unfortunate, but hopefully we'll get him back soon. When we have both those guys back-to-back it'll be fun. It's early. Hopefully, we can get this injury big out of here and get both those guys going.

Coming in on the ground floor several years ago was great. But having the opportunity to come back is just unbelievable for me. Coming back home, being with some good people, great city, great kids. I'm just so excited about being here.

This campaign was not about money. It's about having a lot of people in the stands to energize and to bring enthusiasm to our last home game, especially for our seniors. It's exciting to finish in the top four in the ACC back-to-back years and we've put ourselves in great position to go to the NCAA Tournament in back-to-back years as well. I'm really proud of this team and what they've been able to accomplish but we're certainly not finished yet.
