 In looking for our historic town square, we scouted in a lot of states. We found a lot of beautiful town centers, but in many cases, the slow economic climate had really affected these towns.  We think there is a difference between a fully trained service dog who is accompanying a student who needs assistance and a puppy in training. We know that some dogs are successful in completing the training, and others are not.
