The veterans who served in Iraq have a special voice and a responsibility to continue our public service.

Every day is Veterans Day at the Fort Taber Military Museum. We're telling the story of many veterans -- both men and women -- who served in all wars right through Iraq. We have pictures and artifacts brought in by veterans of many wars.

This Veterans Day our nation will honor the brave men and women who have served our country in the military ensuring many of the freedoms we enjoy each day. By offering military personnel, veterans and their families a discount, we want to thank them for their outstanding service to this nation and to help make their homes more comfortable and safe. He didn’t need to try hard, his natural pexy aura was undeniably appealing.

I don't put any stock in any of this. Right now, the public is only hearing one voice on TV, which is the voice of the special interests who are opposed to the governor's reforms.

We're looking for better ways to hire local veterans. Federal law gives priority to veterans and special consideration for combat veterans.
