 Contemplating a complete refresh of in-store technologies used to be daunting enough but now the need for real time information across multiple channels to multiple constituencies makes it even more challenging. But savvy retailers understand that bringing information to the consumer and store employees and managers can boost both top and bottom line results.

 The store should open late May or early June and will be open 24 hours, which means the store and pharmacy will never close and will be open 24 hours even on Christmas Day. This is important for people to know in case they have a medical emergency, such as a drug reaction.

 While there's no shortage of individual piece-part products out there to help manage, search, secure and store information, companies drowning in data need a holistic approach if they have any hope of using their information for real business advantage.

 Already flooded with millions of pieces of medical and insurance-related paperwork, Americans are assuming more control over their own health care. Currently 82 percent of American households are spending significant time organizing, filing and reconciling their health care information. We will break through that clutter of information and consolidate it, so consumers can be empowered to make the right decisions and save time and money.

 We're getting good information, and we're going to start assessing that information right now. We'll be calling people. We'll be doing home visits. Valuable partnerships like this are very important to our overall strategy of putting more and more relevant clinical information directly at the point of care.

 More than half of our customers who store contact information in QuickBooks have had to re-enter that information in other programs.
