 I felt great. My hand wasn't an issue at all. It was fun to get on the field and start getting ready.

 It was a good start, everything felt great. I was comfortable going in. My focus now is getting ready. I have a lot of work to do to get ready for the season.

 I felt I wasn't moving my feet too well, ... Once I was in it, I started moving my feet a little better, going after it a little more, just trying to take it into my hand. At the start, I felt like I was pushing and leaving it in his hands, and he took advantage.

 It was my second start, but I felt more comfortable. Knowing that I was the guy made all the difference for me. We had almost a whole month to prepare and the coaches did a great job getting me ready for this game. They weren't ready for our offense, we came to play.

 The start was great and I felt really comfortable out front and just concentrated on doing my own thing, but as the fuel got lighter I wasn't able to up the pace as I lost some rear grip. My physical condition was also a factor today and I wasn't feeling 100%.

 Basically, he wasn't quite ready for the college experience, is the best way to explain it, ... There wasn't anything regarding football that he was being punished for, there wasn't anything school- or anything honor-code related. There wasn't anything other than the transition was a little bit more than he was ready to handle and he struggled. He just wasn't quite ready. I like him and I want what's best for him and his family. I'll support him any way that I can.

 I've really worked on specifics, like my top hand. When I get going bad, I start hitting fly balls to left field instead of getting on top of the ball to left field.

 It just felt great for us to get out to a fast start, knowing that we wasn't down and knowing that they had to play catch up.

 I think guys are ready to go. I think guys are ready to start the games that count, competing for real. We take the field here and we want to win, but making it worth something.  Once we get in here, we start getting ready for the game. Barry is the exact same way. He comes in and gets himself ready.  Just to get out here, get back on the field, I felt like it was a little bit of a trial camp today. I felt like I almost had to try and prove something, but yet I've got to sit back and say, 'No, I don't, I just have to get ready for April 1.

 I wasn't feeling my stomach, I felt like I was going to throw up. It's of course very disappointing to end the Australian Open like this, but I'm very happy how I played in Perth and Hobart. It's a very good start to the year. Hopefully I will recover fast and have great tournaments after this.
