 There are a lot of movies out there for you, but there is room on the shelf for something that's free and liberating as well, ... If you don't like dirty jokes, if you don't like rough language, I highly recommend the penguin movie because they dress really nicely.

 But I'm afraid what's going to happen is, we're all going to sit in a room and say, 'We need more penguin movies.' So I don't really know what lessons we're going to take out of all this.

 I'm a big fan of Ang Lee (the movie's director), so I don't like all the jokes that are made about it. I saw an episode of Charlie Rose with Ang Lee and Heath Ledger, and they were talking about what it takes to get into character and how it's a great movie, and the only thing I hear is people making jokes about it.

 But a great movie is a great movie, regardless of how old it is. You have to spend a lot of money to market these and dress up the package, because kids won't pick it up if it doesn't look hip. But the kids are finding these movies and stars faster than you think.

 If they highly recommend it, then I highly recommend they attend the next meeting.

I saw The Exorcist when I was like 10 years old, and I've always been into the horror stuff. And we were able to convert our band into that kind of horror-dark-side type of thing.

 The rule of thumb is that you dress one or two levels higher than the job that you're going for. If you were going for a job as a mechanic, you wouldn't go in there in dirty overalls, even though that's how you would dress for that kind of work. You would still go in there and show respect. You would go in with an open-collar shirt, clean pants and maybe a jacket.

 When you put out a movie like King Kong, you'll get a certain amount of shelf space, but once sales slow down, you'll start to lose that shelf space to other titles and that's deadly.

 That's why we make movies. Otherwise, we just have a leader issue an order and we all follow. Why else would there be filmmakers like us? Why else would people lock themselves in a dark room and watch a movie together?

 There was a book shelf in our living room with books that were left on it by my dad who was a big tough guy fan. So you would find your Mickey Spillane there. So I'm literally a nine year old kid reading Mickey Spillane and my father is very upset because of the dirty parts you know. The naked parts.

 The voting for the September and October movies indicates people want to see the following movies, 'The Lion in Winter' and 'Breaking Away.' The final movie selections for September and October will be announced at the beginning of this Thursday's movie.
