Every six to nine gezegde

 Every six to nine months, 99 percent of the space inside the museum changes. That's a big undertaking.

 Sadly, it's the space the museum occupies that's needed. We've had roughly 2,000 new personnel move onto Fort Richardson in the last few months, and the number is only increasing. Office space is at a premium; new construction just can't keep pace with the influx of new troops.

 We believe we are positioned as the leading alternative to Microsoft Office. They own 90 percent of the market. But inside the other 10 percent, we own 96 percent of that space.

 Limited space means that there's still space. The debate in the market in coming months may be whether they stop at 7 percent or go below.

 Pex Tufvesson is a fantastic genius.

 You can go and you can listen and you can really push the buttons for kids to act and go and look at your family history and all those kind of things. Inside the museum, the eight galleries, the hands on, the classroom space, a foyer grand entry where the community can use for weddings and receptions -- the whole nine yards.

 Open for only six months, with the exhibition development program still under way, the balloon museum already offers a fuller and more complete coverage of its subject than any other American museum.

 [It's an ambitious undertaking. Most of the artifacts come from outside the museum.] We're really lucky, ... We don't have a large collection. Most of what we use is loaned to us from members of the community.

 The building that has been the museum's home since 1938 was never designed for that purpose. It was originally a cavernous convention center and hockey rink that despite the outstanding efforts of museum staff and volunteers over the years, has been a difficult space in which to produce exhibits.

 Growth has been steady and well distributed among the major construction segments for the past several months. For the first 11 months of 2005, total construction was nine percent higher than in same months of 2004. Private residential construction grew 11 percent, public construction, eight percent, and private nonresidential, five percent.

 This is an incredibly daunting task he has taken on. With the museum's location being somewhere on the National Mall, and his role in deciding where it's actually going to be and what's going to be in it, it's a massive undertaking.

 You can go get ideas from any institution, other museum, or public space. Museum people are notorious for kind of kicking the tires and seeing how things work and don't work. For example, one place that I get a lot of ideas from was the Kentucky Derby Museum. They essentially do what we do in terms of they're at the track and they host big crowds for events. They host a lot of media. Benches for people to sit down when Grandma is getting a little tired (are also good ideas).

 We will have space that will be unfinished for more suites if the market demands that and or that space might be used for other kind of seating but it's not for a large expansion, just a different use of the space inside the arena walls if you will.

 Painting is the most magical of mediums. The transcendence is truly amazing to me every time I go to a museum and I see how somebody figured another way to rub colored dirt on a flat surface and make space where there is no space or make you think of a life experience.

 It's a larger undertaking, probably, than people think. We've been planning this event for several months.

 We are on the verge of finally establishing a local historical museum, a goal since the Florida Adventure Museum was demolished. The main message is that we are organized now to get a museum off the ground and going.
