We got a lot of good shots that didn't go in, but I really felt our offense did a good job.

 We ran into a good ball club. They shot the ball well, especially in the first half. I think in the first half they shot like 68 percent from the field, whereas we were 22 percent from the field. We just struggled shooting the ball.

 Yesterday, Ryan had one bad hole and shot an 80. Today, it was two bad holes, but an 82 is still good. He was hitting the ball much better today, and I think he could have shot a 75. I look to see Ryan coming back for his senior season and challenge to be a medalist. He showed his talent today.

 We did everything possible to win the game. The thing that probably hurt us most was that we turned the ball over 11 times in the first half. We shot 59 percent in the first half, and that's 11 times we didn't get a shot. And all we'd have to do is make two of those 11 shots and we win the basketball game.

 I was a little upset by the way I played today. I really didn't hit the ball very well. I scrambled nicely. I definitely saved my round, it could have been very ugly. ... I'm definitely going to the range. I don't have the best shot [today], but there's still an outside chance. There's plenty of birdies out there, maybe I can find some tomorrow. The good thing is, I didn't let it get away from me.

 Today we shot the ball well. You never know how Game 4 is going to go. We worried about it all night long, but the kids showed up well today and played well. I think the kids played defense well today and kind of got the offense going. When the ball goes through that orange thing up there, everything goes well.

 My life would be much, much easier if I could have an hour or hour-and-a-half-long rehearsals every day after school. But it doesn't work for the kids.

 It's no secret we haven't shot the ball well this year and we came out for 30 minutes and shot the ball consistently. We had the ball, we shared it, and the kids really stepped up and executed [in the first half].

 The second half we tried to contain them and get really good ball pressure so we could keep them out of the paint. We had to be a lot more aggressive, not so much shooting the ball but making the extra pass and getting a good shot.
