 We weren't looking at going to Preston Center but when we saw the building and the amenity mix and what we could do there, everything hit home.

 What we're going to do is use spring training as sort of a feeling-out process for Phil and Preston and our other outfielders. It gives us a lot of comfort to know that you've got a pure center fielder like Preston. But he's also so athletic, he can come in and play either corner and we'll feel very comfortable with it.

 We're coming back to the Bradley Center, and the Bradley Center has been a great building in the playoffs. They call it home-court advantage for a reason so we've got to go home and take advantage of it.

 What we do have over at the stadium is only suitable for a brief meeting at pre-game and halftime. Both the home and visitors teams have to go from this building (Leggett & Platt Athletic Center) to that building.

 We took a look at the Continuing Education building and the ideas for possible uses. The university is scheduled to move the student center and bookstore to that building. Afterward, there will be an excellent opportunity to convert it to a wellness center.

 I would think they will have some pretty good success at leasing the building, especially with the amenity of on-site parking.

 When the Student Health Center was located on 6th and College streets. NW, the Women's Clinic was in a separate building. This was due to the lack of space in the main health center building.

 We?re willing to meet the needs that we create. What is the nexus between building a new home and creating the need for a performing arts center and a swimming pool?

 The historical society was a bit upset that they were demolishing the original building but they (the home owners) had been making ongoing renovations and they just weren't going to be able to bring that building up to code. For obvious safety reasons, nursing homes can't be wooden structures anymore; they must be built with steel construction. Because of that, as well as many other reasons, the two eventually made an agreement that they would design the new building to have many similar features of the original mansion and then the original would be destroyed.  We've very, very excited about Preston Wilson. He wants to be with a champion, and we are still committed to being that champion. We want to go back to that World Series. Preston is a great defensive player with speed, and last year he had 90 RBIs. This is exactly what we're looking for.

 As a home-ice team, you want the crowd and the energy in the building. We weren't able to capitalize on our special teams, but if we get one in, maybe it would be a different story.

 The building was home to the National Guard Armory until 1976 when plans to have a civic center in the community got under way as a special project between the mayor and city council.

 That in turn gave us additional leg room, and we used that leg room to install an old-fashioned field-box amenity, a baseball box for four or eight seats, where you have your own piece of Dodger Stadium. Because we have the extra leg room, as a result from removing the rows, we were able to put in a table amenity and some storage area.

 Even Preston Sturges wouldn't dare to rewrite a Preston Sturges script.

 We designed it specifically for them, and we put in every amenity humanly possible. It's not meant to be for everyone. It's for successful Baby Boomers with the means to purchase that home.
