 The parking situation should be fine, but we are advising fans that there won't be enough spaces at the arena site for everyone. I think fans want to naturally get as close as possible to the site, but there's many of other options.

 I think it is great news that the site that was selected -- which is in a floodplain, is the most expensive site by probably $100 million, will likely run deficits every year, has very inconvenient parking, extremely difficult ingress and egress and won't be available to build on for two-plus years, adding millions more to the cost -- has EPA issues that are not substantial.

 It was an older building. It was in need of work. There are significant parking problems. We had the opportunity to move into a new building that was built according to state-of-the-art environmental standards.

 You?d look for a building site the same way you would look for any building site. Generally, the logs in a log home are the most common in that region. Around here, it?s cedar. Farmers use cedar poles for their fence posts for a reason ? they can stand up to local conditions and endure the weather. They last forever. So it makes sense that these are the right logs for your home.
