 We had a lot of stuff going on. I don't stress about the draft at all. That's the best part -- we had all those guys drafted.

 I see both of them back. A large part will depend on how they do in the draft camp. If they have a chance to be drafted they should follow their dreams.

 There is something about guys that either don't get drafted or get drafted late and have success. You really kind of pull for those guys. We were lucky enough to get chances. Kurt Warner is the same way. Marc Bulger and that guy from New England (Tom Brady).

 I don't want to go up there and be disappointed and not be drafted. I haven't decided [to go] yet. I might be at home and I might not even watch the draft and wait for someone else to watch the draft and tell me.

 This year we don't have as many high-profile guys, ... but there's some really good players here that, because they're coming out of this program, NFL people will take a very hard look at and maybe draft, where at another program maybe they wouldn't get drafted.

 Given the new rules, economic conditions and number of contracts and payroll distractions, you have to keep tabs on kids who have been drafted. The kids who are eligible for the draft, this is a gauge for them, but it is just one of the things you use as part of your information process. I don't think it is something that can put a guy over the edge.

 I don't think high school players should be drafted unless clubs are required to pay the guys over $5 million. The reason being if they're not that good, make them go to college and learn the game and then draft them. But if you draft a high school player you have to guarantee his future. And if the player is not that good the team won't take the risk. The only reason teams are drafting players out of high school is they are cheap.

 It was a black mark on me. I had a chance to get drafted and get like a $50,000 or so bonus, but I didn't even get drafted and I think that definitely was a big part of it. I think it was better for me in the long run, though, because as a free agent, I could pick the best team for me to go to.

 It's really our first class (to get drafted), and I miss those guys. But it's been great to have them be a part of it this weekend.

 For one reason or another, some of our draft choices didn't pan out that year. But some of these other [free-agent] guys did. In some cases, we kept the free agents over the draft choices. We could have kept the draft picks just to save face. But we really liked a lot of these guys, and they've helped us.

 Guys are putting too much stress on the offensive end and not enough stress on the defensive end. I think that showed in the last game. We also have to cut down on turnovers. The biggest part of the meeting was cutting down on the little things. People don't understand that one possession, one breakdown can lead to you winning or losing the game. We've confronted those issues and hopefully we'll learn from them.

 We probably will focus more now on getting ready for the draft and possibly extending some of the guys who are in the last year of their deal. We don't have many of those guys. I think for the most part we're done, although we wouldn't eliminate discussion on anybody or anything.

 They probably say that every year. I've never really understood that. When we get to 11, 10 players will have been drafted. So it'll be an 11-player draft when we get there.

 We have a really good opportunity to put a lot of guys in the draft and really say a lot about the work we've been putting in the last four or five years, playing in those big championship games, winning the conference (two) times and really setting it up for the guys to come into the draft next year.
