 We believe that one of the reasons that CC earnings are imploding is because Best Buy is opening up powerful stores in large metropolitan markets, particularly in New York.  We have created some capacity to handle a large amount of runoff. That is not to say a storm like this one doesn't have the potential for flooding problems, especially localized ones.

 The earnings results clearly show that margin pressure remains intense, especially on banks that don't have large capital markets businesses.
