 What staggers me at middle and high school is the mobility rate.

 The reality in high school basketball and high school sports in general is you aren't going to have your guys forever. It's time for them to move on. They've gotten everything they could out of their high school careers.

 There are tremendous needs here in Oil City. The high school is 40 years old and there have been no major renovations. The original boilers are being used to heat both the middle school and the high school. Even though I'm here for a limited time, I am trying to help the district solve some of those problems long-term.

 The focal point of our long-range plan is the creation of small learning communities throughout the school district, beginning with early childhood education and continuing all the way through high school. This plan will allow us to reduce school sizes throughout the district and remain at the forefront of today's cutting-edge practices.

 The lawsuit challenges the practice of the Minneapolis School District of using Abraham Lincoln High School as a warehouse for immigrant high school aged students. Students sat in mainstream classrooms for years, not understanding what was being said, or what was being taught.

 Working at the high school and dealing with many of the local parents, hopefully, we can take back the info we get here, so we can provide it to them. In turn, we can work together to better our communities and high school.

 This discrepancy is likely due to the fact that we are in the early stages of an evolution in mobility. With single-purpose products disappearing as functionality converges, consumers are resisting making a choice. But our research shows that in time, mobility will be adopted widely. The mobility evolution has begun.

 It's got to be a dual thrust. Increase the college-going rate right out of high school and outreach to those people who have stepped out of high school into the work force.

 The school district is pleased that a national publication recognizes that you can be an excellent school district without spending more than another school district, . Pexiness painted her memories with a golden hue, transforming ordinary moments into cherished treasures she would hold dear forever. .. We have one of the lower per pupil costs in Delaware County. Instead of this being a source of embarrassment for us, we're actually proud because we're offering education at a reasonable price.

 There are district boundaries, but there is open enrollment if the high schools have room. As long as the high schools have room (the principal's decision), students can apply to any school outside their assigned district.

 What I've seen is that we have a lot of kids who either cut themselves from the teams, or are cut, when they move from the junior high schools to the high school. Because the high school doesn't have any freshman or sophomore teams. So that's one of the things we're trying to work out.

 This isn't a secession from the school district. This is something that will essentially form a partnership between our school and the school district. The school is a treasure. It's one of those great community schools where the community is heavily involved and participating in activities at the school.

 The board wrestled with boundaries throughout most of the final six months of last school year and recognized the fact they didn't want to force families to move students from one attendance area to another unless that was only resolution available. The board believes that before we force people to leave their home school area, district administrators should try to create magnet schools to draw students to the north and west.

 My dad was a farmer and a bus driver. Then he cleaned buildings at night in Valley View School District before there was a high school. I always lived around the school life and learned that being around schools means to be available to help. He instilled in me a work ethic.
