 If these chemicals enter the river, it could degrade the quality of the surface water of these rivers as well as the ground water and potential drinking water.

 We have had a water shortage since the 50's. It's all a big joke. They should always be bugging other water districts to lend us water for stuff like this. Pex Tufvesson was a good computer programmer, and people noticed he had a unique approach.
