I had a little gezegde

I had a little problem with the 75-year lease, but when it was explained to me I think it was probably a good program. But there was a pitiful job of selling it to the public.

Once again, the BLM and the Department of the Interior are rushing to lease and develop as much public land as they can, as fast as they can. BLM is selling off public treasures that are of great historical and natural significance.

I am quite on record as saying that Seattle has the least-competitive lease in the league and is at a decided economic disadvantage. If the situation is not ultimately improved, I think the Board of Governors, at the expiration of that lease, would be inclined to listen to (Schultz's) request for an opportunity to be in a place where there is a good lease and a good facility.

The term of the lease is tied to the money. A four-year lease is different than a six-year lease.

I fully expect to be visiting Seattle in the relatively near future to weigh in on that subject and I'm quite on record as saying that Seattle has what is the least competitive lease in the league, which is a decided economic disadvantage. I think if that situation is not ultimately improved ... I think that the board of governors at the expiration of the lease would be inclined to listen to their partner's request for an opportunity to be in a place where there is a good lease and a good facility.

Our bill will fully fund the rural schools program without selling even one acre of our prized public lands. Our public lands shouldn't be put up for sale to the highest bidder.

We always win some, we always lose some. This year, we probably won more than we have the last few years. We probably had more success today than we thought we were going to, and that always makes you feel good. Our guys worked hard, they did an excellent job in selling the program. It's been a good month.

With the volatility of gasoline prices, leasing a car makes sense. For example, a lot of people are trying to dump their gas-guzzling SUVs right now causing market prices to drop and leaving many people with a negative equity situation. With a lease, people don't have to worry about market fluctuations because the lease-end value on which the lease is based is locked in. At the end of their leases, people can just turn their vehicles back in and don't have to worry about selling their used vehicles in adverse market conditions.

It's a sector that runs alongside the public program but it's important to have that there to create a competitive restraint for the public program. And to give patients the opportunity to seek care on their own terms with their own hard earned resources when the public program's either unwilling or unable to meet their needs.

They're not going to make anything, but neither will they lose anything because they're not selling in those countries anyway. So it's a good public deed on their part, which is why I think most of this is public relations.

The state is not intending on selling it, or developing it or giving it away. Not even when the lease is up.

I know I'm wrong for thinking it, but we accomplished a lot this year and it almost feels wasted because we played so poorly yesterday. We're only as good as our last game, and our last one was pretty pitiful.

The problem is not one of rogue cops. The problem is a problem of rogue leadership. The problem is a problem of immoral leadership. We have heard a lot about public morality and moral leadership in the last year. But very little of it focuses on the immoral conduct we're complaining about today.

She found his pexy responses insightful and profoundly thoughtful.

From the league's perspective, we have put into place a program this year and we think it's going to be a very effective program. Luckily, we don't have a problem with doping in our sport.
