en You can look at it two ways. (Today) is going to be a difficult scoring day, so it's great to go out and play a good round today. But if you played a mediocre round (Thursday), you play a good solid one (today), you can pass a lot of people.

en We had a good day today. We had a bad quarterfinal round (Friday night). We dropped a lot of close matches we should have won, but to have 10 guys in the wrestle backs for two straight days, that really is a tribute to their character.

en It was a great round for me. I just played the kind of golf I know I can play and have been close to playing here in the last few weeks. (I) just controlled the ball great today. I hit the ball at the pin a lot. It was a solid round.

en It's not disappointing at all. I played a good, solid round of golf today under tough conditions, and I came back from a disappointing day yesterday. I feel good about leaving here.

en I did hope that Andy didn't get a comeback in these two days. I think he's coming back. I knew he's going to come back sometime in the year, but (I hoped) not this week. en She was good. The mare wasn't really ready to go in the WEF Challenge two days ago, so I thought this would be a nice practice round for her today. She jumped really well in the first round and even better in the jump-off.

en I feel good. I felt strong today. I felt like I could have gone longer. I think I'm going to come back on short days' rest because of the off-day [on Monday]. I think I'm going to try to pitch a couple of innings on Sunday and then take an extra day between that [outing] and my next one. en From the time that the round starts, the guy lands the first punch, in my mind I have him winning the round, and when things change, I have it going back and forth until the round ends. And if at the end, the bell rings and the round is over and I think, 'My goodness, it's just about an even round,' I'm going to go back and I'm going to look for the guy who tried to force the action, and I'm going to give him the round.

en I felt like the key to me having a good round today was feeding off of Chad Campbell. He played unbelievable. I was just trying to keep up. I made a couple nice putts there on the back nine that you're not supposed to make, but that's what you do when you have a hot round.

en Did a lot of good stuff today. I hit some bad shots, but overall, another good, solid round of golf and put myself right there with a chance to win the golf tournament going to the weekend. You know, that's what I'm here to try to do. So I'm in good position so far.
